Auction Terms & Conditions Onsite- Online Only Auction will start to close Thursday, November 10th, 10 AM. It will feature a soft close.
PICK UP ONLY- BY APPOINTMENT in Coggon, IA on Monday,November 14th for everything but the items that require disassembly 8-5PM. Tuesday, November 15th 8:00AM -5:00PM for the items clearly marked for 2nd day pickup. MUST bring own boxes to pack items into, tools to take items apart, & help(manpower) to carry/lift items. All items, unless noted for 2nd day pickup, must be picked up on Monday Nov 14th from 8 AM to 5 PM. NO holds, items will be forfeited & you maybe declined from bidding. NO SHIPPING.

Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be discarded. No refunds will be granted. If you can't be at the pick up at the date and time listed for pickup, please refrain from bidding.
At the conclusion of the auction, you will be emailed an invoice. In the email there will be a link to pay. You can pay directly out of your Checking account or with a credit card. Invoices totaling over $3,000 will need to be paid via wire transfer.

Each item & lot sells in an "As Is" condition.
All purchases will be charged to the credit card used to register unless arrangements are made w/auction co.
Not responsible in case of accidents on premises.
Remove all items on the date and time specified.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ITEMS. Please bring help to lift, carry, proper packing/boxes for removal of won items.
This is the only time we will be onsite. The exact address of the pickup will be emailed to you with the paid receipt. 10% Buyer's Premium on all purchases. All Sales final.
PAYMENT: All payments must be made at the closing of the auction. No invoices exceeding $3,000.00 can be paid for with a credit card. Please Contatct Hoge Auctioneering LLC to arrange payment if over $3.000.00.
No items will be released until payments are collected.
All buyers herby certify that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions listed and they agree to be bound thereby. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand all the terms and conditions prior to submitting any/all bids. Auction company strongly urges potential bidders to use the preview day to view items before bidding.
Bidding: When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. If 2 max bids of the same amount are place, the first bid received will be the high bidder.
Auction company will not be held responsible for any issues with the internet. All bidding and information is done through the HiBid website. No information is stored on our equipment or at our facility.
