MUST bring own boxes to pack items into, tools to take items apart & help to carry/lift items. If you request loading assitance you will be charged $25.00 loading fee. NO holds, items will be forfeited & you maybe declined from bidding. NO SHIPPING. Terms:No Viewing. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be discarded. No refunds will be granted. If you can't be at the pick up at the date and time, please refrain from bidding. All guarantees are between buyer & seller. Each item & lot sells in an "As Is" condition. All purchases will be charged to the credit card used to register. Not responsible in case of accidents on premises. Remove all items on the date and time specified. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ITEMS. Please bring help to lift, carry, proper packing/boxes for removal of won items. This is the only time we will be onsite.
